9777 but Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply between the 9777 but platform and its users. 9777 but is an online gaming and sports betting platform that operates casino games, sports betting, and live dealer services for players in Bangladesh. In this document, "platform", "we", or "9777 but" refers to the entity operating these services.

"User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered or is attempting to register on this platform. These terms apply equally to use of 9777 but services via web browser, mobile app, or any other means.

Alongside these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also considered integral parts of this agreement. In the event of any conflict, the terms of this main document shall take precedence.

2.1 Age and Identity Verification

9777 but services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Providing a correct date of birth at registration is mandatory. The platform may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID for age or identity verification. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is also covered by this prohibition.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading details regarding your name, mobile number, email address, or payment information may result in account suspension.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Use a strong password for account security and change it regularly. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

9777 but will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If any person or message requests your password and claims to be from 9777 but, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and report it to us.

All transactions carried out under your account will be considered your own responsibility, unless you have previously reported a security breach. In cases of unauthorised access or suspicious activity, each incident will be assessed individually to determine liability.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 9777 but is ৳500. Currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Only deposit using a method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, or a method verified on the account. Currently available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met.
• If a withdrawal is held for any reason, please contact the support team.
• If you wish to cancel a withdrawal request after submitting it, contact us promptly.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9777 but offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; the wagering requirement in this case is ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000. This means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP Cashback

9777 but's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, and Diamond — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on total net losses for the week. Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Using multiple accounts, fake identities, or any other dishonest method to claim bonuses or promotions will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being closed. Placing bets mechanically or using automated software to meet promotion terms without genuine gameplay is also not permitted.

All games and betting activities on the 9777 but platform are governed by the rules of the respective game. The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface and must be followed.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, or automation to play games is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or advantages is prohibited.
• Misconduct towards other players in live casino or sports betting is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Policy on Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a gaming session, 9777 but will attempt to provide a fair resolution based on its records. If a server crash or network disconnection affects a game outcome, the records of the relevant game provider will be treated as final.

7.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw all eligible funds from the account before making the request. Contact our support team to close your account.

7.2 Suspension by the Platform

9777 but reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Providing false identity information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

As part of responsible gaming, 9777 but offers a self-exclusion feature, through which a member can deactivate their account for a set period of time. For more details, please see our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

9777 but follows a clear Privacy Policy for collecting, storing, and using users' personal information. Information provided at registration is used solely for operating the service, verifying identity, and processing payments.

The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties — providing information to relevant authorities when required by legal obligation is handled separately.

To learn more about how your information is handled, or to request correction or deletion of your data, please contact our support team.

9777 but always aims to provide a reliable service. However, temporary service disruptions may occur due to technical reasons or circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, 9777 but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The outcome of sports bets or casino game wagers is determined by real events or a random number generator. 9777 but does not guarantee any winnings or specific outcome. Gambling and betting carry inherent financial risk, and the user is responsible for their own decisions.

9777 but reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform or sent to the registered email address.

Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

If any clause is found to be legally unenforceable or void, the remaining terms will continue in full effect. Temporarily waiving the enforcement of any clause does not indicate that the clause has been permanently removed.

If you have any questions, uncertainties, or complaints about these terms and conditions, our support team is available at all times. 9777 but provides 24/7 live chat and email support — in both Bengali and English.
